Shipping & Returns
We currently only ship within Australia and aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours on business days (Mon-Fri). Please remember, the postman doesn't work on weekends and public holidays, but we will always get your order to you as soon as possible.
The Fine Print:
- We offer free delivery on orders of $100 or more
- AU$9.95 shipping on Australian orders under $100
- We use Australia Post parcel delivery service
- Our orders usually arrive within 5 - 10 business days worldwide, but if it takes a little longer, don’t despair - we are working very hard behind the scenes to get your goodies to you
- When your order is dispatched and on its way to a new home in your wardrobe, you will receive an email notification with your delivery details
- Please note BornFit isn’t liable for any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods
Please remember that courier services are not able to deliver to PO Box addresses, and therefore all PO Box addresses provided shall be served using your country’s local postal service. All packages delivered by Courier need to be signed in order to accept the package. Should an ATR (Authority to Leave) be stated on the purchase notes by the buyer, then the buyer accepts all responsibility for missing packages left by the courier.

We use resealable courier bags for all of our deliveries. Please remember to follow the instructions on the bag when opening your delivery so you can re-use the bag if you need to return your purchase.
Refunds are available within 30 days of receiving your shipment on full price items only. Sale/promotional purchases cannot be returned for refund. To receive a refund, the item must be in its original condition with the tags on and not been worn, washed, damaged or altered. Follow the simple steps below to make your return.
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with RETURN written in the subject line.
2. Provide your name, address, order number and reason for the return in your email.
3. We will reply to your email within 24 hours. If you are eligible for a refund (see conditions above) we will attach a postage paid return label to this email.
4. Download the postage paid label and stick it on top of the address label on the reusable postage bag your order was sent in. Do not cover the barcode of your postage paid return label with sticky tape as it will not scan properly with Australia Post.
5. Take your postage bag to Australia Post to send your return item back to BornFit free of charge.
6. Your refund will be processed when the item is returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and with the tags attached.
7. You will receive an email to advise you that your refund has been processed.
Please return your items in our reusable delivery bag. We will not refund the cost of alternative packaging for your return. BornFit is not responsible for any items lost in transit.
Items can only be returned for refund. If your item wasn’t the right size or you’d like a different colour or style, then simply place a new order and return your original item for a refund. To receive a refund, the item must be in its original condition with the tags on and not been worn, washed, damaged or altered.
